African style Smoked Dried Fish; is the result of years of research & development.  Made from fish, and is dehydrated and smoked to a camel brown texture. It is true brain food, rich in omega 3 fatty acid.
We process mostly wild Catfish - Flathead, Blue Catfish, and Channel catfish.
We also do special orders such as: Tilapia, Kobi, Herring, Whiting, Kencor’s Cod (Stockfish) and Carp.
