Today we are embarking as a multinational corporation opening offices and operation plant in Cameroon to be the leading player in Global African food industry.

Kencor Ethnic Foods Inc. and all of its suppliers sources comply with all the procedures for the safe and sanitary buying of frozen / fresh fish and drying process as outlined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in mandating the application of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) Principles.
Kencor Ethnic Foods Inc. continues to conduct Hazard Analysis for all its dried fish and meat products, constructed a HACCP plan where applicable, written and implemented standard sanitation operating procedures making sure that all the products produced at this facility are considered by the Illinois Health department to be processed in accordance with the requirements of the United States Food and Drug Administration regulations.
