Kencor Ethnic Foods, Inc. continues to conduct Hazard Analysis for all its dried fish products, constructed a HACCP plan where applicable, written and implemented standard sanitation operating procedures making sure that all the products produced at this facility are considered by the Illinois Health department to be processed in accordance with the requirements of the United States Food and Drug Administration regulations.
